01. Acquisition Terms

By initializing a transaction in the Padel Peddler Vault, you agree to provide accurate logistics coordinates. All units remain the property of the Vault until the full liability (payment) is cleared via our verified gateways.

02. Logistics & Transit

Standard UAE: Handled via Jeebly.
Express UAE: Handled via Porter.
International: Synced via OTO.

Same-day delivery in Dubai is guaranteed for orders logged before 12:00 PM GST.

03. Return Protocol

Elite equipment (Rackets) may be returned within 14 days if the factory seals are intact. Use of the equipment in a match constitutes final acceptance of the unit's technical parameters.
